Thanks to the NobelST project, Nobel Prize winners will visit Split at least twice a year. During their stay they will give lectures that will be open both for scientists and general public. First Nobel Prize winner to visit Split will be the Nobel prize laureate for chemistry, Aaron Ciechanover. His lecture is scheduled for September 16th at 18:00 hrs, and it will be held at the University of Economy in Split.

Fundamental idea of this project is to make science more approachable to the general public and to promote positive and constructive side of science and its implementation in society.

It is interesting to know that all visiting Nobel prize winners will be available to the general public and during their two hour lectures all interested participants will be able to ask questions.
